The challenge is that Minute Mortgage was coming to the market with a new brand and new offering with no support materials and no brand awareness. 

Minute Mortgage had two strategies to meet the market. The strategy to meet the market was twofold. The team needed materials for major industry trade shows that would get in front of potential buyers and realtors. The marketing message for each audience was tailored for their needs. By offering specific customizable solution to realtors this would enhance the engagement of the product and increase the network of awareness for the company. The brand materials were created to support those strategies like brochures, postcards, targeted email templates and trade show materials.
